Ihor (Ike) Kramarchuk
is a research engineer in the Digital Communications Branch at the
National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Glenn Research Center
at Lewis Field in Cleveland, Ohio. He is currently working on technologies
supporting the Advanced Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance
(CNS) Architectures and System Technologies (ACAST) Project.
Mr. Kramarchuk earned his bachelor’s of electrical engineering
degree from the University of Detroit, and his master’s degree
in electrical engineering from the University of Toledo. Mr. Kramarchuk
possesses technical expertise in computer systems, computer networks,
and software.
