Monty Andro is a senior
engineer in the Digital Communications Branch at the National Aeronautics
and Space Administration's Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field
in Cleveland, Ohio. His technical expertise lies in the analysis
and development of digital modulation, coding, and digital electronics
for satellite and avionics applications.
Mr. Andro earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
from Ohio University in 1979, and his master’s degree in electrical
engineering from Ohio State University in 1981. Previously, he worked
as a design engineer at IBM, where he developed high-speed memory
control logic. |
